  1. The OWNER is Mrs Kelly Louise Collier trading as ‘Moments to Shine’
  2. The HIRER is the lead name on the booking form
  3. The HIRE PERIOD shall be the event date on the booking form
  4. HIRED GOODS shall be all items listed on the final invoice
  5. At all times the hired goods remains the property of the OWNER
  6. The HIRER is solely responsible of all hired goods from time of installation and/or acceptance until return and acceptance of goods
  7. The OWNER shall not be responsible for injury/damage to persons or property howsoever sustained from any items of hired goods
  8. A non refundable £150.00 deposit is required upon wedding booking,£100.00 non refundable deposit against party bookings £50.00 non refundable deposit on baby showers/christening/naming ceremony kids party. This secures your date of HIRED goods and is acceptance of secured booking
  9. Cancelled bookings will lose all deposits paid. There is also a charge if cancelled within a period of time

1-60 days before date=25% of total cost

60-120 days before date= 15% of total cost

120-240 days before date= 10% of total date

Over 240 days=no fee

  1. 6 weeks prior to the hire of goods all final costs on invoice must be paid in full
  2. A security deposit to the amount of 10% of total hired goods is required 6 weeks before the hire of goods. This is refundable if all contract information is fulfilled by the HIRER and all hired goods are collected with no loss/theft/damage.
  3. On collection of hired goods if items are of a loss/theft/damaged, the OWNER will send a replacement invoice within 28 days. If items are not replaced/found/back in owners possession the 10% security deposit will be non refundable
  4. In the event that the venue provided by the HIRER is unable to accommodate the hired goods service the HIRER is liable for the cancellation costs
  5. the HIRER is responsible for there own wedding insurance
  6. any allergy/intolerances should be clearly discussed upon the hire of candy cart/sweets. No responsibility will be held by the OWNER
